Every retreat is built around your group. The itineraries below are sample frameworks. Session timing, activities, and dining are adjusted to your goals, group size, and preferences. Our team workshops the program with you before arrival.

Day 1

Welcome

Private airport transfer to Silvestre Nosara. Check-in with chilled scented towels, fresh coconut, welcome basket, and orientation. Private rooftop reception with cocktails, canapés, and live musician. Welcome dinner on the rooftop by private chef.

Day 2

Focus

Morning yoga in the studio. Breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the canopy. Morning and afternoon workshop sessions in the studio or rooftop, with a projector and director’s chairs. Free time at the infinity pool. In-residence massage on request. Dinner at Huacas, in the hills above Nosara.

Day 3

Explore

Morning yoga or movement session. Breakfast on the rooftop. Final workshop or strategy session. Afternoon group activity: ATV tour, horseback riding, or boat tour. Sunset dinner at Coyol, in the mountains overlooking the Pacific.

By Air: Fly internationally to Liberia Airport (LIR) or San José (SJO), then connect via short charter flight to Nosara Airport (NOB)
By Road: Private transfers can be arranged from Liberia, approximately a 2.5-hour drive. We recommend a 4WD for those choosing to self-drive.
Our team coordinates all arrivals, including private transfers from the airport, flight timing, and transport to the property.
Can Silvestre coordinate staggered arrivals for guests flying in from different locations?
Yes. Our team coordinates private transfers individually, so guests arriving on different flights or at different times are met and transported separately. Charter flights to Nosara Airport can also be arranged.
Do guests need a car during a retreat or group stay at Silvestre?
No. All transport during your stay is arranged by our team, including transfers to restaurants, activities, and excursions. Vehicle rental is also available on request for guests who prefer to explore independently.
